What the figures are
Prices, floor areas, plots and charges come from builders' websites and public data, and each shows the date we checked it and a label saying how far to trust it. Builders change prices and release or withdraw plots often, so a figure can be out of date the day after we check it. Always confirm prices, plots, charges and school places with the builder and the council before you reserve.
Not advice
Plotfair is information, not financial, mortgage, legal or survey advice. The monthly calculator is an indicative estimate using the tax and stamp duty rules shown on the page. Speak to a qualified adviser before making a decision.
Our responsibility
We take care to show figures accurately and to label what we have not confirmed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a figure on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Corrections and builders
If a figure is wrong, or you are a builder and want something corrected or removed, email hello@plotfair.co.uk with the page and the correct figure. We aim to reply within five working days. Builders cannot pay to change how a home is compared.
Using our content
You may share links and quote figures with a link back. Builder names and house type names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the homes compared. HM Land Registry data is Crown copyright, used under the Open Government Licence.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
